2024 Apps of the Year: No Code Development All Stars

Here are the standout apps of 2024 that captured our hearts and minds.

App of the Year: SoundAi Sleep

Sound AiSleep brings the magic of personalized storytelling to your child's bedtime routine. Developed by ad industry veterans Leonore “Leli” Leitner and Coco Shellim, this app uses AI to clone the user’s voice, creating customized audiobooks that offer a unique and comforting experience for little ones.

Business App of the Year: Shop Aim Global 

The Shop Aim Global + DTC team built an app that lets customers browse and purchase products directly through the app while giving distributors instant access to the company’s Distributor Tracking Center (DTC) for real-time monitoring of business status, performance metrics and other critical data.

Educational App of the Year MultLearner

Developed by Tiger Bytes IT Solutions out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, MultLearner offers a structured approach to learning multiplication so that students grasp fundamental concepts before progressing to more advanced topics. The app includes challenges that test users' understanding and speed in solving multiplication problems. These challenges are designed to be fun and educational, motivating users to improve their skills.

Game App of the Year: 3Indizi (3Clues)

This simple yet addicting game involves finding a hidden word using just three clues. As you progress, levels increase in difficulty, and the number of clues decreases. Sometimes, the letters are shuffled around; other times, the game presents a “keyword” to help find the Hidden Word. Creator Valentina Sansone designed 3Indizi for users to “have fun, relax, and not think about problems.”

Social Good App of the Year

Code Companion Lite is a free app designed to assist EMS professionals during cardiac arrest situations. Developed by the National Emergency Resource Group, the app serves as a quick reference guide, streamlining critical care delivery in high-pressure environments. The tool provides real-time tracking during cardiac arrest responses, quick access to Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support algorithms, medication administration guidance, and an easy-to-navigate resource tailored for prehospital EMS settings.

‍Other Apps: Amor 

Some of our creators focused their app-building skills on helping people find love. The aptly named “Amor” app is“where science and deep compatibility align to bring you matches that truly matter.” The goal is for New Zealand-based users to “say goodbye to endless swiping.”
