We are proud to announce the beta launch of Custom Components. This new capability allows you to save combinations of components and blocks to reuse in your projects and share them for other Creators to use. Create the component in the component editor once and use it as often as you need in any of your projects. This eagerly anticipated and highly requested feature is now available to all users in public beta; meaning that you can experiment, build, and share your own custom components.

Creators now have the ability to integrate custom components into any project, saving valuable time and effort. Create, reuse, and share component and block combinations with this powerful new feature. Learn how to use and implement Custom Components in under five minutes:

Who Is This Available To? 

This feature is available to all Thunkable Creators! To access the custom component builder, navigate to the project homepage and click "Custom Components” on the left-hand menu. If you haven’t already, create your account and start building on Thunkable’s no code native app builder today!

‍Project Homepage Page Gets a Fresh Update

Wondering why our Thunkable Projects Page may be looking a little different?

That’s because it has been redesigned to provide you with a more organized workspace. Find your projects, customizations, showcase apps, and data sources all in one place. 

What Does This Mean for You?

With the all-new Project Homepage, you get:

• Simplified project organization: Now you can easily organize and filter your projects. Sort, rename, duplicate, or delete your projects all in one place.
• Access to projects for inspiration: Explore and remix sample projects to build the foundation of your app project. Also, view the Public Gallery to get inspiration from other Creators.‍
• Customizations view: Easily view all your customizations from saved screens to custom components and data viewers in the left navigation menu.
