Unlocking the Future of Tech: Key Takeaways from NoCode Summit in Paris

In the heart of Paris, Thunkable had the privilege of being part of the NoCode Summit — an event that brought together the brightest minds and the most passionate creators in the no code universe. The energy was electric, and the ideas were limitless. 

I’d like to share some key takeaways that left us buzzing with inspiration.

1. No Code is Not Just a Trend, It's a Revolution

Building your own technology is incredibly empowering. The journey that led me to the helm of Thunkable, a powerful drag and drop app builder, began with an idea. The idea was that technology, once reserved for the elite few, should be accessible to all. And that was highlighted at this summit.

An international conference of this scale goes to show that low code no code platforms are not a fad or some kind of “fringe” technology. No code isn't just a passing trend. It's a full-blown revolution. From budding entrepreneurs to innovative businesses, everyone is jumping on board to leverage the power of no code. It's democratizing technology, allowing the person with the idea to be the person building the app. App creation is no longer the exclusive domain of experienced software developers. Now, all you need is an idea, basic logic concepts, and the right platform.

2. No Code + AI = Unlimited Possibilities

The main theme of the NoCode Summit was exploring the intersection of AI and no code technology. The fusion of no code with AI is where the magic truly happens. No code platforms — supercharged by AI — empower creators, inventors, and business leaders to break barriers and bottlenecks. The only limit? Human creativity. The NoCode Summit showcased many examples of how AI can enhance no code solutions, opening new doors for innovation.

Having a summit of this scale with more than three thousand in-person attendees demonstrates the power of no code at scale. Unlike any other tooling, no code platforms benefit significantly from community interactions. To be in a space where the users and developers of no code platforms can all partner together, work with each other, and help our users build the best thing that they need is amazing.  

There are various tools for different use cases, and having so many leaders and technology evangelists all in one place shows the power of no code technology at scale. The sense of community at the summit was palpable. The connections made, the collaborations discussed, and the collective vision for a future where technology is accessible to all—these were the building blocks of a vibrant and thriving no code community.
