How Much Does Thunkable
Cost to Use?

Thunkable charges a maintenance fee for the use of certain components, such as in-app ads by AdMob and a small processing fee for in-app payments via Stripe. Please note, Apple and Google require developer fees to publish your app to their marketplaces.

The Thunkable logo appears on the initial screen of all downloaded and published apps. For Business and Teams tiers, users can customize the icon and splash screen.

Public projects are shared in the Public Gallery for anyone to preview and remix. Private projects are just that – private. They are not included in the Thunkable Gallery and are for your eyes only. If you are working on something new or novel that you want to protect, you should utilize a private project.

Private projects can only be shared with other paid subscribers. Please note: If you share your project with another user, they have the ability to share the project and make the project public.

Our Free plan does not include private projects. All paid plans include private projects, so upgrading your account will allow you to switch an existing project to private. Early Thunkers are able to edit legacy projects in private mode at any time. (All app projects created before Oct 10, 2018 can remain private forever.)

If your Thunkable membership expires, your private project will be set to private “read-only” mode. You will not be able to edit it or maintain your app unless you renew your Pro membership, or set your project to public mode.

All Thunkers are invited to join our Community. We also offer Pro users chat support on the Thunkable platform. Business users will be assigned a dedicated technical account manager with a priority email support option. Your dedicated account manager will respond within 24 business hours and provide a solution or training for technical support within three business days. For Teams users, we offer more advanced and tailored support based on your needs.
